Job Title: HR Manager Location: Keighley Salary: £35K - £45K XCL Group are working with a busy construction company who are looking for an experienced HR manager to join their team. They have an excellent working environment with a very flat management structure meaning that you have direct contact with the MD and play an integral role in the business. This is a great chance for someone to join and work closely with all departments of the business. Job Responsibilities · Working closely with employees to manage any appraisals, grievances and review meetings. · Working with recruitment agencies to source new additions to the team. · Monitoring holidays and attendance records. · Working closely with managers / supervisors to recruit for permanent positions within the business. · Updating ethical policies and procedures on a regular basis. · Reducing the turnover of the staff where possible. · Working with the Health and Safety manager to help implement safety procedures. Job Requirements · Past experience in HR Manager position. · Ideally qualified to CIPD level 7. · Ideally have knowledge of construction or come from a similar environment. · Ideally drive and have their own transport due to the location of the site.
