What You'll Be Doing
* Speak to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat
* Advise customers on tailored car finance options
* Manage the sales journey from first contact to deal completion
* Verify documents and handle sensitive information
* Work with dealers and internal teams to get the deal done
* Hit KPIs and crush targets in a structured, supportive setting
What You'll Need
* Experience in sales or customer service (phone‑based preferred)
* A natural communicator who loves the thrill of a deal
* Goal‑driven, competitive and loves working towards targets
* Resilient, organised, and confident handling objections
* Contact centre or car finance experience – big bonus!

Shift Pattern Example
Week 1: Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm
Week 2: 10 am‑7 pm (2 weekdays off), plus Sat 9‑6 & Sun 10:30‑5:30
