We're recruiting for a leading manufacturing and engineering business in Sheffield, currently on an exciting cultural journey. They're looking for a
Customer Service Manager
to lead a team of 5, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience for UK and international B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team
* Drive order book improvements and OTIF performance
* Oversee UK and export order processing (60% export)
* Troubleshoot system issues and streamline processes
* Implement customer surveys and ensure proactive communication
* Represent the business at trade shows in Europe and the USA
About You:
* Experience in customer service or journey management, ideally in manufacturing/engineering
* Export experience and international customer management
* Hands-on leader with strategic focus and process improvement skills
* ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite advantageous)
