Linear Recruitment are seeking experienced Site Managers to join a well-established contractor in the Nottingham area to refurb a Grade 2 listed farmhouse into houses and apartments
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard. Projects include listed buildings and bespoke, luxury refurbishments-requiring a meticulous eye for detail and strong coordination skills.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing high-end residential / listed building projects
* Background with similar high-quality contractors
* SMSTS and First Aid (essential)
* Full UK driving licence
* Asbestos Awareness and Fire Marshall (desirable)
Package
* Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package
* Holidays: Standard entitlement
* Hours: Standard site hours
* Base: Fully site-based (no WFH)
* Travel: Within approximately 1 hour of home
