Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop expert knowledge of global adventure tour itineraries to confidently guide customer decisions
* Respond to enquiries and manage the full customer journey from lead to post-booking support
* Convert leads into bookings through a consultative sales approach
* Coordinate closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on customer messaging
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and help improve internal systems and processes
What Experience is Required?
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client journeys simultaneously
* Proactive with excellent attention to details
Salary & Benefits
* £24,000 - £28,000 DOE
* 30 days holiday including bank holidays
* Opportunity to join an overseas tour annually (land costs covered)
