Your new role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-end residential development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments, ideally high-spec or bespoke housing.
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and building regulations.
3. Excellent leadership,munication, and organisational skills.
4. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications.
5. A proactive, hands-on approach with amitment to excellence.
