Senior Site Manager – Mixed-Use Residential & Commercial Development

Ridgeway & Co are working with an established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new mixed-use scheme in Barnet.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor on a high-profile project combining residential units with commercial space. You’ll take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, quality, and safety objectives are met while working closely with the project and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities from groundworks through to completion
*
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour on-site
*
Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and company procedures
*
Maintain quality control throughout all stages of the build
*
Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
*
Chair progress meetings and liaise with internal departments and external consultants
*
Monitor programme and drive productivity to meet deadlines
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on mixed-use or residential schemes
*
Strong technical knowledge across RC frame, fit-out, and infrastructure elements
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or White Card)
*
A proactive, hands-on approach to site management and issue resolution
