The Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you'll be on the front lines of our growth -prospecting, engaging, and booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers in HR, finance, and operations. You'll play a crucial role in generating pipeline for our sales team and representing the voice of our brand in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to potential B2B clients
Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for senior sales reps
Understand prospects' pain points and position our software as a solution
Maintain accurate activity and lead records in our CRM (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot)
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and appointments bookedWhat you'll bring
Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working to targets.
Self-starter with an outgoing personality, strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.
Professional and intelligent approach to work.
Good business acumen, articulate, and IT literate.
