Site Manager – Bespoke Houses
My client, a bespoke, SME House Builder, are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to delivere private, bespoke homes in West and East Sussex area.
This is a site-based role overseeing the construction of bespoke, luxury houses. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, driving programme, and coordinating specialist trades within design-led, luxury projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of bespoke private residential builds
* Coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers
* Programme management and site reporting
* Quality control to super prime finish standards
* Managing client variations and design development on site
* Health & Safety compliance
* Liaising with clients, architects and consultants
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering bespoke private homes
* Strong understanding of high-spec finishes and bespoke detailing
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage demanding clients and consultant teams
