About The Service
Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services and occasion catering for business meetings.
The Cook in Charge will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business and service activities Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the service.

This post is part time and will work 25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. This post is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced checks.
