The Role
Are you a confident communicator who loves both generating leads and closing sales? We're hiring a Hybrid Sales Executive who can own the full sales process, from cold outreach to converting and growing customer accounts.
This is a phone-heavy, proactive role, perfect for someone who thrives on targets and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, closing deals
* Build strong relationships with customers and dealer networks
* Track activity and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
* Hit (and exceed) monthly KPIs and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in lead generation and B2B sales
* Strong record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment
* Confident making high volumes of outbound calls daily
* Skilled at building rapport and negotiating deals
* Independent, driven, and results-focused
* Experience in telematics, automotive, or insurance is a bonus
* CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
