Catering Manager - Northampton
Salary: £31,200 per annum
Monday - Friday
Eurest is looking for an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at our Royal Mail site in Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a background in contract catering who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day catering operation on site
* Lead, manage and develop the catering team
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and service
* Manage budgets, stock control and ordering
* Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety and company standards
* Build strong relationships with the client and site stakeholders
About You
* Previous contract catering experience is preferred
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Financially aware with experience managing budgets
* A Basic DBS check will be required for this role
