Key Responsibilities of an HR Manager:
* Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans aligned with overall business goals.
* Plan, monitor, and evaluate HR activities, including management conferences, employee grievances, training managers, and employee counselling.
* Lead the onboarding process to ensure it is comprehensive and aligns new employees with the company's vision.
* Maintain and update human resources policies and procedures.
* Handle confidential matters with discretion.
* Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities.
* Develop and oversee HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
* Require five or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment.
* Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and an ethical mindset.
* Be adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
* Have in-depth knowledge of national HR laws.
* Organize company events.
* Manage company pension schemes.
