You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is an in-office role based out of our Scarborough headquarters. Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals Guide candidates and clients through the full recruitment process with expertise and care Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact to placement Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database Comprehensive health and medical benefits Access to on-site fitness facilities (gym, basketball court, boxing ring, etc.) Supportive and inclusive corporate culture 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare and / or professional services (IT, accounting & finance, or administration) ~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field ~ Proficiency with recruitment tools (e.g., Advanced MS Office skills and openness to learning new tools ~ Experience with Zoho is an asset ~
