Duties

* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
* Provide exceptional service during meal times, including serving dishes when required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
