Pay: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Job Description;
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Reward Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of reward frameworks in a complex, multi-site organisation. This role is key to creating competitive, equitable, and transparent pay and benefits structures that drive organisational performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of pay bandings, grading structures, and benefit frameworks.
* Ensure reward structures are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operational teams to support organisational change.
* Use analytics, benchmarking, and market insight to inform reward strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure governance, accuracy, and efficiency of reward processes, including pay reviews, job evaluation, and benefits management.

* Proven experience in reward solution design and management within complex organisations.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and reward best practice.
* Strategic thinker with a collaborative, transparent, and detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
CIPD level 5 or 7
