Freelance Site Manager

My client is looking for an experienced site manager who will be responsible for the safe delivery of refurbishment works across the retail sector.
Please Note: This role is UK wide and so candidates will be required to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will:
* Coordinate works in accordance with company policies and procedures including method statements, risk assessments, safety systems of work and CDM regulations
* Manage and supervise the delivery of works on site to meet programme and commercial restraints
* Oversee a team of joiners and operatives on site and ensure they are working in line with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure records of works completed remain accurate and fully reflective of the technical requirements of project specifications
Essential Requirements:
* Track record in Site Management
* Good understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
* SMSTS or SSSTS Certification
Desirable Qualifications:
* IOSH Managing Safely
* PASMA
* Emergency First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness
