Customer Service Manager
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Customer Service Manager will lead the customer-facing operations across the UK. You will be the face of the company for the UK customers, ensuring seamless service delivery from installation through after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
2. Efficiently planning and dispatching service engineers across the UK to meet customer needs.
3. After-Sales Support- Managing all aspects of post-installation care, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
4. Coordinating with third-party service providers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance service processes and customer experience.
6. Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
7. Proven experience in a Customer Service Management role.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident dealing with customers at all levels.
9. Excellent planning and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
10. Experience coordinating field-based engineers or technical staff.
11. Ability to build rapport with service providers, ensuring accountability and quality.
12. A customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
The Rewards
The successful Customer Service Manager will enjoy a competitive salary circa £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

The Customer Service Manager role will be based in Carrickfergus.
