Job Title: Social Housing Site Manager

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 Benefits

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a variety of projects within the social housing sector, including internal refurbishments, external works, and retrofit schemes. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day site operations across internal, external, and retrofit projects.
2. Ensure health & safety, compliance, and quality standards are met at all times.
3. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour.
4. Build strong relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders.
5. Monitor project progress, budget, and programme targets.
6. Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
7. Carry out site inspections and ensure snagging and handover are completed to client satisfaction.
Requirements
8. Proven experience as a Site Manager within the social housing sector.
9. Strong knowledge of internal refurbishments, external works, and retrofit projects.
10. Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualifications.
11. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
12. Ability to work in occupied housing, with a customer-focused approach.
13. Full UK driving licence
