Prospect & Generate Leads
* Hunt out new opportunities using research tools, industry data and your own initiative.
* Drive outbound activity through confident, engaging cold calls that spark interest in Unique IQ’s AI-powered platform.
* Qualify leads quickly and intelligently, focusing on those with real potential to convert.
Build & Maintain Relationships
* Create and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, becoming a trusted first point of contact.
* Follow up consistently through calls, emails and personalised outreach to keep momentum alive.
* Book and run virtual or in-person discovery meetings that move prospects through the pipeline.
Sales Presentations & Pitches
* Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that showcase the value of our technology and AI capability.
* Tailor every pitch to the provider’s world, connecting their pain points directly to the solution.
* Handle questions confidently and guide prospects through the buying journey with clarity and credibility.
Achieve Sales Targets
* Smash monthly and quarterly targets through disciplined pipeline management and proactive outreach.
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date to track progress and forecast effectively.
* Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to shape winning strategies and campaigns.
Market Research & Intelligence
* Stay plugged into the care and tech landscape - industry shifts, competitors and emerging AI trends.
* Bring back valuable prospect and client insight to help shape product evolution and sales approaches.
* Attend exhibitions, sector events and trade shows to build knowledge, network and opportunity.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven success in outbound sales or a similar fast-paced commercial role.
* A track record of not just hitting targets, but pushing past them.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills - you thrive in conversation and know how to influence.

* Confidence using CRM systems and sales tech to manage pipeline and stay organised.
