Here at Fortem Solutions we are recruiting for a new role as Site Manager based in Birmingham.This role will be managing sub-contractors to ensure the safe and effective delivery of our social housing refurbishment projects.The role:Managing and liaising with housing refurb contractors (Mechanical, Electrical, Trades).This will be a mobile position across the South Birmingham areas.You will be managing mainly kitchen and bathroom refurbishment in occupied residential propertiesManaging Health, Safety and ComplianceLiaising with tenantsManaging project workloadWhat we’re looking for:We have a growing team here and welcome individuals with transferrable skills however candidates with a construction/projects background would be most welcome. Social Housing/refurbishment experience desirable however, we are really looking for a solid Site Manager with good contractor management experience.
