This scheme combines volume delivery with strong design standards, requiring confident coordination, clear communication, and a steady hand across multiple work fronts. It's an ideal environment for a Site Manager who enjoys managing a busy, fast-moving residential build while maintaining high levels of quality and ensuring smooth delivery of internal packages.

What They Need:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced 360 Site Manager, ideally with a strong bias toward internal fit-out, gained with a respected main contractor or developer.
You will be looking after a 16 storey block of 90 flats, overseeing two finishing managers.
