Salary: £25,000, average OTE £40,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building relationships with clients and candidates, being a professional people person.
* Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
* Hitting sales targets and smashing KPIs (because that commission isn’t going to earn itself).
