My client in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Administrator (CIPD Level 3 Preferred).
Hours: Part-time 30 hours per week (6 hours a day) office based
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to contribute meaningfully within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and confidential administrative support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and in line with current employment legislation and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
3. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
4. Assisting with payroll administration and benefits coordination
5. Monitoring absence, holidays, and HR compliance requirements
6. Supporting employee relations processes as required
7. Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
About You
8. Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3 (or currently working towards it)
9. Previous experience in an HR administrative role
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
