My client is a leading international law firm highly renowned for their outstanding litigation practice, they are now looking for an adaptable & analytical Rewards Manager to join their busy London offices on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the Rewards Manager will be to support the Head of Reward, other senior HR and business stakeholders with both operational and strategic reward and wellbeing activity. Specifically contributing to the development of the firm's compensation, benefits and wellbeing strategy through benchmarking, research and networking.
The key duties will include:
* Project managing and delivering the annual compensation review process while supporting the global HR team on reward communications and working with the payroll teams to process reward changes.
* Analysing and benchmarking salary and other survey data to support the firm's reward strategy.
* Providing expert guidance on EU benefits and pensions matters, playing a key part in the oversight and compliance of the firm's pension schemes.
* Delivering UK annual flexible benefits enrolment and renewal of non-UK rewards and benefits plans including the introduction of new benefits and wellbeing support.
* Driving forward the systemisation, automation and standardisation of reward processes in collaboration with HRIS Manager and wider HR team.
* Developing and delivering communication campaigns across reward and wellbeing ensuring policies are kept up to date at all times.
* Leading reward and wellbeing projects as required, including research and analysis together with the development of recommendations.
The Rewards Manager will have proven experience in reward operational delivery and people management within a matrix organisation, ideally professional services. Along with significant knowledge of compensation and benefits including detailed knowledge of relevant legislation around pensions. Having a strong cross-cultural awareness and have/be working towards their CIPD qualification will be advantageous. It is essential to have strong numeracy, analytical, research and communication skills especially at a senior stakeholder level. Along with taking ownership of their work and delivering projects methodically and within deadlines. The right candidate will have working knowledge of HR Systems while keeping abreast of new trends in this area. The Rewards Manager will be practical, pro-active & maintain high confidentiality.
