About Our Client
This private healthcare company has seen significant growth in business over the past year and is now requiring a HR Administrator to support the internal HR team on a full time permanent basis. You will sit within a growing HR team and will liaise with employees that work remotely.
Job Description
As a HR Administrator you will:
3. Update the internal HR CRM and database with new information, any updates on the employee lifecycle and ensure that employee contact details are correct
4. Support with the recruitment of new staff including managing the onboarding process
5. Ensure compliance regulations and processes are in line with legislations
6. Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure staffing requirements are met at each site and ensure that staff schedules are up to date
7. Support HR Manager with disciplinary processes, uploading documents to the internal system
8. Provide general administrative support
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Administrator will have:
9. Experience or knowledge in a similar role within a HR function
10. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
11. Have strong organisational skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure
12. Be pro-active and a self motivator
13. Have strong written and verbal communication skills
