Responsibilities
* Grow new business across the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries
* Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow‑ups
* Effectively manage customers, developing and maintaining relationships and additional leads
* Build efficient communication techniques to grow business through networking, email, social media, referrals, events, and sector‑specific fairs
* Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
* Maintain and improve the database of prospects
* Research new leads
* Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Requirements
* Good and demonstrable background in B2B sales
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably via telephone
* A team player, working for the overall success of the business
* Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Experience handling multiple calls and emails daily
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
* Patience, time management skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
* Proactive attitude with a drive for success
