We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, compassionate, and committed people person to join our team as a Sales Executive, leading the sale of our beautiful new homes.
Our homes are designed with our customers in mind, offering a modern, fresh, and flexible approach. We aim to delight our customers with homes that match their lifestyles, and we need the right person to help sell these homes as their forever home.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably selling new build homes.
* Proven track record of achieving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to work sensitively and patiently with customers to develop trusting relationships throughout their journey.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and the overall 'Customer Experience' in compliance with the New Homes Code, Lovell Sales Policies, and Procedures.
* Own transport and a full driving license are essential.
