Your Career Journey
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll embark on a structured training programme designed to equip you with the skills to sell recruitment and talent consulting services to business leaders in the engineering and technical sectors. You will:
* Learn how to identify and engage decision-makers, building trusted relationships with clients
* Develop expertise in selling recruitment and talent consulting solutions
* Support client accounts and negotiate commercial agreements
* Gain hands‑on experience with advanced recruitment technology and automation tools
* Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment
Role
Once you have mastered the art of selling our services, you’ll transition into an Executive Recruiter role, where you will:
* Source and assess top sales and leadership talent for mid to senior‑level positions
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate search to placement
* Deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates

* Competitive starting salary (£24,000–£26,000) plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£50,000+ in your first year)
