Labourer
Location: South East London
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time
The Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in South East London. This role will involve supporting the factory team with the movement, organisation, and preparation of products ready for packaging and delivery.
This is a hands-on role and will involve regular heavy lifting, often working as part of a two-person lift team to safely move larger products.
Key Responsibilities
* Moving and handling products within the factory
* Assisting with two-person lifts for heavier items
* Organising the factory floor and keeping work areas tidy
* Preparing products so they are ready for packaging and dispatch
* Supporting the production and warehouse teams as required
* Following all health and safety procedures when handling equipment and materials
Requirements
* Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting safely
* Comfortable working in a factory or production environment
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Good attention to detail when preparing items for delivery
Package
* £26,000 salary
* Monday to Friday working
* Temp to perm position
