As an English Literature Graduate Learning Mentor, you will assist teachers in lesson delivery, track pupil progress, and prepare engaging resources. You will support pupils with additional needs, help with exam preparation, and build strong classroom management skills. This role is ideal for graduates considering teacher training, further study in English, or careers in education. You will gain experience in adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse pupil needs and develop practical skills for classroom environments.
English Literature Graduate Learning Mentor | Essential Requirements:
* UK undergraduate degree in English Literature or a related subject.
* Experience supporting children or young people in education.

* Location: Richmond, South West London
* Contract: September 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
* Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)
* Interviews: September/October 2025
