People Operations Manager - A high growth B2C business in the digital services space Surrey based - (hybrid working) | Salary: circa £50k excellent benefits We’re supporting a fast growing, digitally focused travel business that has seen significant year-on-year growth and continues to expand its global presence. As part of their ongoing evolution, they’re now looking to strengthen their people operations with the appointment of a dedicated People Operations Manager. As part of the next phase of growth, they’re seeking a People Operations Manager to take ownership of all things HR - from day-to-day people operations through to longer term strategy. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to help shape people's practices across the entire employee lifecycle, while contributing directly to a supportive, high-performance culture. The Role Includes: Leading and developing smart, inclusive people policies and processes Supporting and coaching managers across all departments Driving performance, engagement, and employee development initiatives Ensuring best-in-class onboarding, reviews, and HR operations Embedding values of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business Acting as a trusted advisor to both leadership and wider teams What We’re Looking For: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) Strong generalist HR/People Ops background (ideally in a fast-paced, tech or scale-up environment) Excellent understanding of UK employment law and ER practices Proactive, people first mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills A proven blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery Why Apply?
