Belmont Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join Sheffield Council on an initial 3–6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. About the Role You will manage a team of HR Consultants and act as a trusted HR partner to managers across the organisation. The role involves leading complex employee relations casework, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring HR policies and processes are delivered effectively and in line with employment law.
