Forming and leading teams and building relationships across the institution and wider HE and allied sectors to inform best practice, you will develop a diverse team and culture of continuous improvement to transform administrative systems and processes, availing of the opportunities arising from new systems and technology, and driving improvements in operational efficiency and customer service within Estates Services. This is a senior role requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills and involving close collaboration with senior leadership, service providers, and other key stakeholders across the university and beyond. You will lead the transformation of systems and operations, ensure the department runs effectively and efficiently and in alignment with university strategic goals. - ABOUT YOU - You will be educated to degree level in a financial, business management or information technology-related discipline with significant experience in a management position, including managing administrative staff. You will have experience of customer-focussed, outcome-oriented performance management within an organisation of significant scale, and management of financial accounting systems. You will be able to evidence leadership in change management, including development, implementation and review of administrative processes and procedures.
