Job Title: Senior Reward Manager Location: Colchester Salary: £70,000 p.a. Hours: Full time, hybrid up to 2 days WFH (after training completed) We are looking for an experienced Senior Reward Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of a competitive, fair and transparent reward framework. This is a senior, influential role partnering closely with HR, Finance and senior leaders to ensure reward supports attraction, retention and future workforce capability. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and delivery of reward strategy in partnership with the Head of Reward * Design and implement reward frameworks, salary structures and governance aligned to market best practice * Lead salary benchmarking and market analysis using recognised providers (e.g. WTW or equivalent) * Maintain job architecture and levelling frameworks using proprietary methodologies * Design, implement and review salary ranges, incentives, bonus and commission schemes * Provide reward analytics, costing models, scenario planning and senior-level reporting * Support organisational design, job evaluation and workforce planning activity * Improve annual reward processes and systems to enhance manager and colleague experience * Ensure compliance with statutory pay legislation, equal pay principles and internal governance * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external reward networks * Deputise for the Head of Reward as required About You * CIPD qualified or reward-specialist trained * Strong experience in salary benchmarking, job levelling and reward framework design * Proven background in salary range design, incentive and bonus scheme development * Confident using Excel and reward data for modelling, costing and insight * Experience supporting reward change and improvement initiatives * Able to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across HR and Finance * Experience in a regulated or multi-site environment (desirable) This is an excellent opportunity for a senior reward professional to play a key role in shaping future reward strategy within a complex organisation
