Due to the current incumbent retiring at the end of the year, this small, successful organisation, which is part of a European business, is looking for a permanent part-time Manager to work 3 or 4 days per week.
Your new role
This is a hands-on role, reporting to the General Manager, responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle for c70 employees.
1. Work with the parentpany and GM to develop and implement policies that support business objectives in terms of recruitment and retention, ER, learning and development, pay and reward and employee engagement.
2. Coaching and guiding the senior leadership team
3. Maintaining and updating policies in line with legislation
4. Co-ordinate and manage payroll
5. Develop, deliver and organise training as appropriate
6. Responsible for all HR administration
What you'll need to succeed
7. Part or fully CIPD qualified
8. Strong HR generalist background, with extensive experience in ER.
9. Senior stakeholder management experience
10. Hands-on approach
