Job Overview
This hands‑on Sales Executive role sits within a collaborative Commercial team and provides real customer exposure across UK grocery retail accounts. Working closely with National Account Managers you will support customer plans, promotional execution and new product launches across a dynamic FMCG portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain customer pricing, data and commercial files for UK retail accounts
* Coordinate promotional activity, including submissions, timelines and post‑promotion reviews
* Support forecasting and demand planning through accurate data management
* Lead coordination of new product launch documentation for UK grocery customers
* Produce sales reports and turn data into clear, actionable commercial insight
* Provide proactive day‑to‑day support to National Account Managers
* Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and retail customers to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
* Experienced in a sales, commercial or account support role within FMCG
* Familiar with UK grocery retailers and their ways of working (major retailer experience is a strong advantage)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
* Confident working with data, numbers and commercial reporting
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable using multiple systems
* A clear, confident communicator able to collaborate across teams
* Experience with SAP and/or UK retailer portals is beneficial but not essential
