Sales Executive New Homes
Location: Morley, Leeds
Salary: £35,000 OTE £65,000
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Executive to join a successful new homes development in Morley, Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience across a growing new homes portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in new homes sales and a clear understanding of the full new homes customer journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full new homes sales process from first enquiry to completion
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the new homes buying journey
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all plots, specifications, and new homes availability
Ensure all new homes sales activities comply with current regulations and NHQB standards
Work closely with site teams, construction, and head office to ensure smooth delivery of new homes
Use CRM systems and digital tools to support new homes sales and reporting
Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in new homes sales is essential
NHQB training (essential)
Strong understanding of the new homes buying process and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
