CJS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in Fire compartmentation to join a large and growing Construction, Maintenance, and Repair company that covers the South East Regions and beyond.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of passive fire protection methods and building regulations related to fire safety. The position involves night work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage site operations, including labour, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
2. Oversee works, inspections, repairs, and ensure compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
3. Implement and manage Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS).
4. Maintain accurate documentation, including site diaries, inspection records, and compliance certificates.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
6. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Valid CSCS card.
* SSSTS certification.
* First Aid certification.
* Good communication skills.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager.
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent.
