Job Description
We are looking for anexperienced HR Manager to join our team in Foston, providing expert support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you will partner with managers, coach leaders, and ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices.

Hours of Work Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
Responsibilities:
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services for your business area. This includes:
1. Strategic HR Building strong relationships with managers, supporting workforce planning, succession, and skills development.
2. Recruitment & Talent Coordinating hiring (permanent and agency), overseeing onboarding, probation, and retention.
3. Employee Relations Advising on conduct, capability, grievance, and absence; leading investigations; ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
4. Performance Management Embedding goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
5. HR Systems (UKG Ready) Acting as system SME, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and reporting.
