A leading Irish contractor with a reputation for delivering large-scale, landmark developments is now seeking a Site Manager to take ownership of a major residential scheme in West Dublin. This flagship project will deliver over 500 new homes, including houses and apartments, and represents one of the largest residential builds currently underway in Ireland. About the Role You will play a key role in leading site operations on one of the early phases of this development. From managing subcontractors and coordinating trades to ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery, you’ll have full responsibility for seeing your phase of the project through from groundwork to handover. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with building regulations, HSEQ standards, and company procedures. Maintain excellent technical knowledge of trades and construction sequencing. Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve efficient delivery. Report directly to the Contracts Manager, providing progress updates and solutions. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on site. What You Need 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor or developer. Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. The ability to manage subcontractors effectively and drive projects forward. What’s on Offer Salary: €85,000 vehicle, fuel card & bonus.
