A well-established regional housebuilder is seeking a dedicated Site Manager with residential experience to join their team on a temporary basis with the opportunity of potential permanent employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
 * Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of residential projects.
 * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.
 * Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
 * Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with specifications.
 * Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
 * Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects.
 * Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
 * Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
 * Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
