What will I be doing?
* Develop deep understanding of global localization requirements such as taxation, invoicing, fiscal integration, and necessary Property product capabilities to meet these requirements
* Collaborate with regional stakeholders to solicit, analyze and document business requirements and technical specifications related to Property product capabilities needed for legal compliance
* Work closely with Hilton Product, Software Engineering and EQAC teams, and external technology resources in the successful delivery of localization capabilities
* Create and maintain high-quality country configuration and handover documents, ensuring that capabilities are enabled and configured in line with the design
* Manage the activation and rollout of capabilities across regions, enforcing full compliance with defined standards
* Provide subject matter expertise on localization capabilities to internal Hilton and external vendor resources

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
* Professional work experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology
* Previous experience with international hotel operations
* Experience working in a complex cross-functional matrix environment
* Travel up to 15%
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree
* Significant professional work experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology
* Prior experiences in Hospitality technology implementation or Hospitality related Learning and Development
* Experience with Hilton’s Property Management Systems
