This is a high-profile, client-facing Quality Manager position working directly with leading UK high street retailers and global brands.

The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the centre of quality, compliance and customer trust acting as the key link between the business and its retailer and brand technical teams.
This role has been created due to growth and will play a critical part in:
* Managing customer technical relationships
* Leading audit performance (BRCGS AA+)
* Driving quality standards and compliance across the business
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the main point of contact for retailer and customer technical teams
* Leading and supporting BRCGS and customer audits
* Ensuring the business consistently meets retailer standards and expectations
* Managing and improving HACCP, QMS and compliance systems
* Handling customer technical queries, complaints and audit actions
* Driving continuous improvement across quality and audit performance
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Quality Manager, Technical Manager or QA Manager
* Background in food, nutraceutical, pharma or FMCG manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, GMP and audit processes
* Experience working with retailers or customer technical teams
* Someone confident, credible and comfortable in a client-facing role
