Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on supply planning, 3PL management, and strategic customer collaboration. Lead supply planning, aligning closely with demand forecasts and business priorities.
Manage 3PL partners, optimising logistics, warehousing, and operational processes.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing order flows and resolving issues efficiently.
Own ERP/MRP systems, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and customer service team.
Proven experience in supply chain management and customer collaboration.
Strong ERP/MRP expertise, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Commercially astute, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
