Senior Inside Sales Executive
Location: Southampton, UK. Full time, office-based.
Salary £27,500 – £32,500 base, with commission. Achievement of 50 credits increases salary to £40,000 pro rata for that month, plus any commission earned. Expected realistic on‑target earnings (OTE) of £60,000.

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at Zappie, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales success, establishing crucial initial connections with potential customers. Your role is pivotal in achieving daily KPIs, setting up appointments, and optimising sales opportunities through effective telephone communication and goal‑oriented strategies. Key Responsibilities
* Vigorously pursue and exceed set goals and objectives to contribute to overall sales success.
* Place phone calls to potential customers, generating valuable leads for the business.
* Set appointments with prospective customers through respectful and polite communication.
* Maintain information within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data.
* Confirm all booked appointments 48 hours prior to the meeting.
* Work closely with the Inside Sales Management team and Sales Administrators to ensure the diary is full of sales‑ready opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM system.
* EMS is a plus.
