Are you an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive and professional environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and forward‑thinking organisation based in central Birmingham, where you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional HR administrative support across the business.


The Role

* Managing the full onboarding process, producing offer letters and contracts, processing background checks, and ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded in the HR system.
* Supporting daily HR enquiries and assisting with policy responses alongside the HR Manager.
* Maintaining up‑to‑date and compliant personnel records within the HRIS (Cascade).
* Preparing employee correspondence and assisting with HR meetings, including notetaking and policy guidance.
* Coordinating leaver administration, including exit interviews and reporting.
* Administering payroll documentation and HR processes related to maternity, paternity, and adoption.
* Assisting with the logistics of company meetings and employee engagement initiatives.


About You

* You’ll bring a professional, proactive, and discreet approach to all HR matters, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proven experience in HR administration.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
* A professional and diplomatic approach when working with colleagues at all levels.
* Experience using Cascade HR software (advantageous but not essential).


In Return, You’ll Receive

* Salary up to £31,000 (depending on experience)
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (FTE), plus an additional 5 days over Christmas
