As a LCV Sales Executive, your key duties will include:
13. Guiding customers through a seamless purchase journey from initial greeting to vehicle handover
14. Prospecting new customers via telephone, events, and community engagement
15. Maintaining and growing a comprehensive enquiry database
16. Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and attending manufacturer-led training
17. Recommending suitable add-on products aligned with customer needs to maximise sales
18. Using enquiry management systems effectively for follow-up and tracking
19. Delivering outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and generate referrals
20. Achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement and strong relationship building
The LCV Sales Executive for the role will have:
21. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, with a proven ability to meet targets
22. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
23. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
24. Excellent communication and listening skills
25. A valid UK driving licence
26. A proactive attitude and eagerness to develop within the automotive industry
