The Role: Catering Manager Were on the lookout for a motivated Catering Manager to take the reins of our thriving F&B offering. What Youll Be Doing: Oversee the smooth running of our food and beverage operations, ensuring a consistently great experience for every visitor. Lead by example in the kitchen and front-of-house, delivering quality food efficiently and with care. Develop seasonal and engaging menus in line with events and customer trends. Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes to reduce waste and boost profitability. Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness across all food areas. Inspire and develop your team to deliver brilliant service with every order. Track performance and lead staff training and reviews. Set and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify ways to improve efficiency and increase revenue. Collaborate with our marketing team to create irresistible offers, campaigns, and seasonal promotions. Handle customer feedback with professionalism, always aiming to turn challenges into positive experiences. Ensure full compliance with all food safety and health standards. Skills & Experience Were Looking For: Highly organised, efficient and proactive. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar or supervisor role within the hospitality or visitor attraction sector. Level 3 Food hygiene certificate and allergy training. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow a team. Strong grasp of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and cost control. Calm and confident under pressure, with great communication skills. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Solid financial skills youre comfortable working with budgets and reports. Personal Traits: Positive & motivated attitude. Enjoy the outdoors. Salary & Benefits: Wage: £28,000 - £30,000 (Negotiable) sales driven bonus after successful completion of probation period. Permanent position.
