I am currently partnering with a well-known energy company who are looking for a Learning Developer to join their team on an interim basis.
Length of Contract: until the end of 2026.
Location: remote.
Day rate: £350 - £400 per day. Inside IR35. Via umbrella.
This role has an ASAP start.
The role:
The Learning Designer is instrumental in ensuring that the learning offerings and experiences which People Development delivers are industry leading, based on proven methodologies to maximise learning and are designed with the users experience first. In this role, you turn business insights into meaningful, impactful learning experiences.
Day to day, you apply proven learning methodologies such as ADDIE and Agile to design learning that's engaging, modern and grounded in behavioural science. You utilise learning personas to understand how different groups within the business learn, and you measure the effectiveness of interventions so we can continuously improve.
You work closely with our Learning Design Lead to bring new learning ideas into business-as-usual, selecting the most cost-effective tools and technologies that will make the biggest impact. Your natural curiosity helps you stay connected to the business' project progress so that your learning solutions truly fit their context and future needs.
Collaboration is central to what you do. You will partner with the People Development Partner to respond to learning needs, you work with a wide range of stakeholders. Overall, your role is about making learning accessible, effective and future-focused — helping our people grow, perform and thrive.

You'll have proven experience of Digital design & delivery with a focus on Articulate 360 suite
You'll have a qualification in an L&D discipline ideally at Level 3 or above
